Born in Lyon, Alexis Mabille was first taught to sew by his mother at the age of six. This training developed a lifelong love of fashion which developed into an esteemed career in garment making. His eponymous label is renowned for adding touches of the sartorial to its eveningwear pieces, just like this tailored gown.
