When creative director Matthieu Blazy took the reins of Italian leather expert Bottega Veneta, his first priority was to study the storied House's codes. He then used his own artistic leanings to innovate and apply artisanal techniques in new ways, gracing us with a wide range of reinterpreted leather weaving patterns.The Kalimero Città shoulder bag is one fine example: made from soft calfskin suede, its Intreccio weaving appears more dense, resulting in a new texture that celebrates the brand's signature in a highly tactile profile.
