While Burberry is famed for its iconic Burberry Check, the House's Equestrian Knight Design has recently become one of its favoured motifs, as shown on this jacquard-woven cashmere scarf. The motif was created out a crowd-sourced competition back in 1901, and represents honour, protection, reform and forward movement - words that have stayed close to Burberry's core ever since.
