2015 was a particularly fine year for Dom Perignon, but as with all the Champagne producer's vintages, this bottle unfolds into a symphony of notes both on the nose and the palate. Expect the nose to gradually open like a bouquet of linden leaves, peony and jasmine, descending slowly into orange peel and green papaya. The palate delivers in broad, horizontal strokes, generously bestowing notes of fresh peach, nectarine and citrus with every sip.
