Glenfiddich may already be an established name within the whisky industry, but its Time Re: Imagined collection takes its blend to an extraordinary new level. Each of the three single malts in the collection capture a moment in time, matured over decades to reveal a depth and richness that is rarely seen. In the case of the 50-year-old Simultaneous Time single malt, whiskies from three American oak refill casks are blended and aged in the same cask for a further two years, before being housed in a sculptural, bespoke container designed by Manuel Jiménez García - a computational architect who decrypted meteorological data into an algorithm to build the structure's bespoke form, bringing every second of those fifty years to life.
