L'OBJET's Fortuny collection explores the legacy of Spanish artist and couturier Mariano Fortuny. Although he considered himself a painter, Fortuny built an admirable portfolio of innovative textiles, defined by experimentation with vibrant colours and hand-printed motifs - an inspiration easily spotted in the design of the Uccelli dessert plates.
