Leather has long been associated with LOEWE. Even the Anagram that adorns this sweater is inspired by the buttery smooth material, first envisioned by Spanish painter Vicente Vela in 1970 after drawing upon the folded metal of branding irons used to mark leather. Today's iteration, however, is the result of Jonathan Anderson's creative eye, here presented in a padded effect to emphasise its swirling form.
