The white and natural bowl with lip by Manufacture de Digoin is part of the label's collection MD1875, launched in occasion of the 140th anniversary of the factory. Originally intended for pharmacists for their preparations, this type of bowl has then been adopted by cheesemakers for preparing their cheeses, and is still used to prepare several French culinary specialties. The stoneware clay used, made of French mineral materials, has been fired at a very high temperature, making it perfect for storing food without odour spreading.
