Inspired by the Italian for 'chain', Nadine Aysoy's Catena collection focuses on golden links: in this case, one that's embedded with sparkling round diamonds. In fact, the gemstone that's suspended to the centre of the design is the illusory part - it's actually made up of a number of smaller diamonds that come together to create a pear-shaped drop.
