In the Catena Illusion ring, a band of diamond-studded yellow gold wraps its way around the finger, with two diamonds - one heart-shaped, another pear-shaped - punctuating either end. However, it's these gemstones that are actaully the illusory part - they are in fact made up of smaller diamonds in a variety of cuts.
