When Fabian Lliguin travelled to the Amazon to educate indigenous groups about their land and human rights, the last thing he expected to stumble upon was Rahua oil - an ingredient that the collective used to keep their hair shiny and thick. After being gifted a single bottle to take home, he applied it to one of his clients who suffered from bleach damage and instantly, her hair looked visibly more bouncy. In 2008, he launched his brand Rahua, working with Amazonian tribes to extract the liquid and the wisdom of its founders.
