Launched by Yuri Yasuda, Sayuri was born out of a deep respect for Japanese culture and a love for tea. Made from the stems rather than the leaves of the plants, this rare Bo Hojicha kuki tea is harvested from the Honnyama region of Shizuoka Prefecture and sand-roasted to prevent burning and bring out its full flavour.
