YSL's Ourika Community Gardens started in 2013 and can be found nestled at the foot of Morocco's Atlas Mountains, where high-quality saffron pistils naturally grow. Since its opening, the gardens have become the heart of the label's sustainability strategy, with over 200 botanical species - such as the jasmine in the Pure Shots Clean Reboot cleanser - tended to by local Berber women, an example of the brand's commitment to supporting women's autonomy.
